All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle. If you've received your tracking information try using https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search or https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking to check the status of your parcel.
For any abnormalities, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78.
If you have yet to receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order being made, Submit a Request and our Customer Service team will be in contact.

Do NOT buy Popsockets from Popsocket directly in Australia. Buy from Amazon or some other reseller. I ordered 9 days ago and I have not received my order, this company ‘Product Link Distribution’ who supposedly sent the order did not send a SINGLE tracking notification. Also, they did NOT send through Australia Post like this article says, they used ‘Couriers Please’ who couldn't find my address and didn't even try and call using the mobile number on the package.
Basically, delivery has been a NIGHTMARE through Popsockets Australia, took forever, zero visibility, I've wasted 30 minutes of my day trying to track down my order and I still have no clue what is going on.
