Please contact one of our service team by Submitting a Request within 15 minutes of purchasing. They'll cancel your order and refund you via your original payment method. After 15 minutes we cannot guarantee we will get to your request before we have dispatched your order.
Once shipped, all orders are final. If you would like to return your goods you can post them to Locked Bag 948, Gisborne, Victoria 3437 and Submit a Request for a refund. Once the goods are received we will assess that they are still in the original condition and then process your refund.
