For a change of mind return, first, make sure it is still in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. You should mail your product to: Product Link Distributions PTY LTD, Locked Bag 948, Gisborne, 3437 Victoria AUS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- All items must be returned in original condition, undamaged and packaged in the original package to obtain approval for a refund.
- As soon as your returned item gets to us and approve the refund we'll issue your refund. Please include your full name, order number & email somewhere in or on the packaging for quick refund processing.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your refund has been processed (and you've received an email confirmation) it can take up to 10 business days for your funds to return to your account. How fast the refund shows up depends on your bank.
If your product is damaged on arrival or your return is the result of some other complication, please begin by submitting a request so our team can make the appropriate arrangements prior to you returning the item.
