Note, for a 'change of mind' return, please make sure the product is in its original condition and able to be restocked, including being undamaged and still sealed within its original packaging.
Return Procedure - steps to follow:
- Include your full name, order number and email address inside the parcel to assist with identifying you and your order, and faster processing of your refund.
- State the reason for the return, eg 'change of mind'.
- Mail your product to: Product Link Distributions Pty Ltd, Locked Bag 948, Gisborne, Victoria, 3437, Australia.
- Once your returned parcel is received and inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email. This is to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will also confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
- To receive a refund, a returned item and its packaging must be in original condition.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your refund has been processed (and you've received an email confirmation), it can take up to 10 business days for your funds to return to your account. How fast the refund shows up also depends on your bank.

- If your product is damaged when it arrives with you, or your return is the result of some other complication, please begin by submitting a request so our team can make the appropriate arrangements prior to you returning the item.
- If you purchased your PopSockets product from a retailer or location other than www.popsockets.com.au, please contact that retailer directly regarding a return or refund.
